We offer comprehensive services for a broad selection of talent, encompassing actors, models, extras and voice-over artists of all ages. Our goal is to highlight a broad spectrum of diverse voices, artists from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people with disabilities. Whether you are an established or emerging talent or someone completely new to the industry – we would love to hear from you.

Our talent roster is guided by a unique rating system based on the below criteria, each worth 1 – 20. The higher the rating, the higher the ranking status, resulting in more frequent and high-level bookings.

Work Ethic (preparedness, client feedback)
Skill Level (ability to take direction, quality of performance)
Experience (body of work, training)

Should you be invited to join our talent roster, our agreement with you will be non-exclusive at absolutely no cost to you. ITA will never require any investment on your part. Additionally, you will be paid 100% of the talent fee we negotiate on your behalf. Our fee will be billed to the production over-and-above your fee.

ITA’s mission is to challenge the traditional types of talent agencies by welcoming a more inclusive roster, giving opportunities to underrepresented groups and people of all diversities and backgrounds and never requiring any fee or cost to anyone on our roster, while offering the industry’s most competitive and fair talent agreements to support your career growth.
